Staci
Staci Frazier
OTR/L, CDI, CDRS
Staci is an Occupational Therapist that has worked in a variety of treatment settings. In 1999, Staci became a NH Certified Driving Instructor. In 2000, she became a Certified Driver Rehabilitation Specialist. Since that time, she has worked full time in the driver rehabilitation industry.
25 years ago, Staci was one of the founders of a small hospital based comprehensive driver rehabilitation program and was instrumental in its original design and success. In addition to her years as an occupational therapist specializing in driver rehabilitation, Staci spent two years working as the director of training for a large mobility equipment dealer. She has spoken locally and nationally on various driver rehabilitation topics.
Staci has been an active member of the Association for Driver Rehabilitation Specialists (ADED) at both the chapter and national level. She has served ADED on multiple committees, as the Northeast chapter secretary, publications chairperson, NewsBrake Editor, President and Secretary. Staci is part of the ADED speaker’s bureau and is an ADED ambassador. In 2021, Staci had the great honor of being awarded ADED’s Achievement Award.
In March of 2024, Staci opened DriveAbility, LLC. Staci, says, “I am so proud of our team and so amazed by our professional growth and development since opening. Helping people become independent through driving is my passion.”
Ted Kahn
OTR/L, CDI, CDRS
Ted is an experienced Occupational Therapist with over 30 years of experience in the field. A graduate of the University of New Hampshire, he has been involved with driver rehabilitation in various capacities for nearly two decades, having completed both Keene State College’s Driver Education Program and the Association for Driver Rehabilitation Specialists (ADED) Certified Driver Rehabilitation Specialist Program.
Ted joined DriveAbility in May 2025 and immediately began advanced training in high-tech van evaluations and adaptive driving solutions. He is passionate about helping clients achieve or maintain their independence through safe and effective driving strategies and is proud to be part of a team that supports individuals with diverse needs. Ted’s knowledge, his excitement, mechanical and technical skills, and experience made him a perfect addition to our team and will have a major impact on the services we provide to clients.
Outside of work, Ted has been happily married to his wife, Linda, for 34 years. They have three grown children of whom Ted is extremely proud. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family and friends and enjoys hiking, biking, boating, woodworking, and fixing anything mechanical.
Cheryl
Cheryl Smith
CDI, SPECIALIZED INSTRUCTOR

Cheryl was a bus driver for 22 years before becoming a NH Certified Driving Instructor in 2017. Cheryl joined the DriveAbility team in May 2024 and specializes in working with unlicensed young adults with a variety of developmental disabilities, including but not limited to Autism, Anxiety, ADHD and learning disabilities. Her licensure success rate is high, and her clients love her for her kindness, patience and creativity. She believes in them, and they feel that. Cheryl says she most enjoys seeing her clients thrive and gain their independence. “I love my job!”

Working with the team at DriveAbility has created the opportunity for Cheryl to further her education and increase her success with teaching her clients. She looks forward to continuing to learn and grow in the field of driver rehabilitation.

In her spare time, Cheryl enjoys spending time with her family; most importantly having fun with her two grandbabies.

Tara Campbell
Clinical Care Coordinator
Tara comes from a background in retail management. She is the smiling person behind the phone when you call the office. She knows all about our program and the services we offer and can easily answer all your questions. She keeps us all organized and does most of the client coordination; from collecting all the information when we get a referral, scheduling, ensuring we have the proper authorizations and sending out all reports. I’m not quite sure how we’d function without her.

Tara says “I was happy to join the DriveAbility team in July of 2024. It has been so rewarding to see the work that is done each day to support and cheer our clients on in obtaining a driver’s license. The work that our team does to support our clients is amazing. Learning about the DriveAbility program has been so exciting! “

She is married and has two grown children and a 14-year-old daughter. She has a grandson who has stolen her heart. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, traveling and relaxing at her home on the lake.

Stacie Selfridge
MS, OTR/L

Stacie joins to DriveAbility with over 25 yrs experience as an occupational therapy practitioner. Stacie graduated from Salem state University, Magna Cum Laude with a master’s degree.

Stacie has worked in a variety of settings that included medically complex clients, those with developmental disabilities and those needing assistive technology. Her focus has been based on assisting individuals regain independence and improve their quality of life. Her approach is client centered, focusing on personalized therapy plans that address everyone’s unique needs.

Beyond her professional life, she is dedicated to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest techniques/technology that help provide the highest quality of care. She believes in the power of holistic care and strives to empower her clients through every step of their journey.

Linda Beliveau

Linda Beliveau is a certified Assistive Technology Practitioner with over a decade of experience supporting individuals with mobility, vision, hearing, and cognitive challenges. With a degree from Franklin Pierce University and a RESNA ATP certification, she has led projects focused on universal design for learning, accessible instructional materials, and smart technologies, most recently supporting the elderly population. Linda brings deep expertise in applying assistive technology to promote independence, with a compassionate, collaborative approach rooted in a strong desire to help others navigate life’s challenges.

Linda was born and raised in Manchester and moved to the rural countryside of Weare to raise her family. She loves adventures and especially enjoys paddling the many lakes and rivers in her tiny but mighty kayak, the SS Alfredo.
